John is a great guy. My family has has done business with him for years. Whenever I have a question or concern, he is quick to give you guidance and help. I would definitely recommend having him for an agent.

John takes great care of his clients to make sure they have the correct policy in place and that they receive the best client care. You will feel confident with John as your Agent!

My wife inquired with this guy on general insurance for home owners to understand how to get a quote.  Mind you this was basically a minute or two long conversation in total.  He basically snapped and went off on her (on the phone) for wasting his time.  She doesn't know how insurance works, and was just asking for his help in understanding how quotes are derived and if I would be able to get some rates.  He could have just somewhat nicely said that there isn't really a way to get numbers unless he has the actual info for the person signing up and encouraged her to give him a call when she had the info or simply help her with general questions she might have.  Instead, he ripped her apart going from 0 to 60 in like a 2 minute phone conversation because she was wasting his time and he wouldn't be "getting anything out of this".  No John, not now...or ever.  And if that is the way you treat prospective customers, regardless of how learned they are or aren't with how insurance works, I can't imagine you having many happy clients or customers. I would NEVER recommend talking with John Moritz for your insurance needs. No professionalism at all and I wonder if he would have been as inappropriately mean if it was a man on the other end of the phone.  I was appalled that someone spoke to another person, that may have actually done business with them, in this way.
