        Extremely upset as to how my daughters cancellation of her insurance was handled, as she was leaving to study abroad. Her policy ended on August 1 and we canceled on August 1. She was still charged for three days from July 27 to August 1. Very frustrating. Needless to say she will unlikely renew with LM when she returns.
