I brought my car here because a few years back they did an excellent job. Could not have been more disappointed this time (January 2024). It was almost the exact same repair job... opposite side. My front bumper is not alligned correctly tight on one side, gap on the other. The supposed ly new bumper also has a visible bump in it where you can see the paint flaw and reflection is off. The headlight they replaced buldges out at the bottom and the other one now has a new scuff mark on it. When I opened the hood a plastic piece removed to work the hood was missing 3 of 4 plastic clips.... broken and the remaining clip was baring holding, also broken. The piece was basically just flipping around under the hood. The ground effect also has no 3m tape on the left and right side to help hold it in place. I called and left a message but never received a call back A complete lack of attention to detail.

I had gotten in an accident in January and needed quite a bit of body work done on my vehicle. Was able to take it in to their shop in February and get it back a month later. The messed up side of my vehicle looks brand spanking new and staff was extremely down to earth and professional, especially Sam who was on top of my repairs. I got regular updates on maintenance. Expect good things from this business.

Progressive sent us their for estimate on damages.... office Staff were friendly and helpful.
