My Subaru received back bumper damage in a not-at-fault accident. I reached out to Thomas Brown after seeing positive reviews. They made the entire process, from quote to repair to pick-up, extremely easy. They handled everything payment-wise through the other driver's insurance company. The actual repair took less than 2 days, but it looks brand new. They also gave my car a good cleaning which was much appreciated!

When my 10-day old car got damaged by a lawn-care company, I was frustrated to say the least. Thomas Brown brought the car back to perfect, "fresh off the show room floor" condition. New cars are incredibly complex with their sensors, adaptive lighting, collision assistance, etc; but Thomas Brown knocked it out of the park. Their estimate was incredibly inclusive and detailed, and it's evident they know what they're doing even with the the latest/greatest (complex) vehicle tech. I hope to not need a body shop for a while, but if I do, it's 100% going back to Thomas Brown. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I called to ask the status of a vehicle I have in there, They refused to tell me. I won't be sending anything else their way, Thinking of withholding payment as well. Wanna withhold info from me, I'll be withholding payment from you. I suggest a different more professional shop.
