Brand new telluride 2022 has a bad USB in center console that keeps us from using Android auto or Apple car. Should be a simple fix but it's taken us 3 trips and it's still not fixed. Don't expect anything fast. They will try to brush you off to the next day. Very disappointed in their service.

I went there with high reviews of this place. I had the driver door and front fender smashed. I got the truck back and the heated seats no longer worked. They explained they threw out my original electronics and used parts that were out of a used truck then now a year later still never called to fix it (claimed they would). So today I started really looking at the paint and body work (experience in body work and car painting) noticed that there are chips in the paint in random places and the door isn't close to being aligned right and have no idea how it has been shutting this whole time. When the DR door closes it hits the rear door which cause the paint to come right off and the driver window motor is much slower than my old one. Plus the trim on the rear door broke the first time I opened the door because they put the front door back too far. Considering this was just slightly over $2,000 in body work I expected to say one good thing about them but not one thing am I happy about. I almost forgot, there are dimples inthe paint and on the front of the door it looks like the painter put acetone on it and immediately tried painting it. Huge ripoff!

I have been to McCafferty a few times for detailing and minor collision repairs. The detailing work has always been fantastic, and when one mistake was made in the repair work, they quickly and professionally corrected it. I recommend this place to anyone.
