Our day was absolutely perfect-the food was excellent from the passed appetizers to the entrees to the cupcakes for desert (via Masters Baker), and the staff could not have been more attentive and professional on the night of our wedding. With COVID making an appearance 6 months in to our planning process, we did end up moving through 4 different event coordinators within QoH, but it all came together for a spectacular evening on the night of our wedding.

Queen of Hearts Catering exceeded our expectations! The staff were attentive to my gluten preferences (they even made a special gluten-free bruschetta just for me!), attentive to our needs throughout the entire event, prompt to respond to emails, quick to answer my many questions, and paid attention to detail. Caitlin and Ellen were both a joy to work with, and they made us feel at ease leading up to and throughout our wedding day. The food was delicious, and many of our guests even exclaimed how tasty their meals were! I would definitely work with Queen of Hearts Catering again. Thank you for making our wedding vision come to life!

Queen of hearts catering company for our wedding at Springton Manor Farm. They were so professional and accomodating not only the day of our wedding but in the months/year leading up to our wedding. In a COVID world they worked closely with us as regulations and rules changed to make sure our guests were safe. QOH made sure to accommodate all of our guests and their dietary restrictions. The staff members had nothing but smiling faces and helping hands. The food was amazing, and to this day we're receiving so many compliments from our friends and family about the food. I would highly recommend Queen of Hearts to anyone planning a large event.

Queen of Hearts Catering is the preferred caterer at Springton Manor Farm and they have shown nothing but great service, friendly staff, prompt communication and also being very flexible during these tough times. We were blown away by all the options Queen of Hearts had to offer in comparison to other vendors we had seen. Scott and his staff are true professionals and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his catering services at any wedding!

Would honestly give these people Zero stars if I could! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They are con artists and horrible people!!! The owner J Scott Walsh is a huge jerk who seams really nice at first but it's all an act!! You are just dollar signs $$$ to them! They are shady and go back on everything they say and are taking advantage of couples during COVID-19 to make extra money off of them and have not been flexible or understanding at all!!!! Take it from us we reached out to numerous couples that are also supposed to be getting married there you should hear some of the horror stories and some are to the point they're ready to just cancel and let them keep their money just so they don't have to deal with them anymore and it's not a small chunk of money either!!! These people will rake you over the coals! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM for your wedding! All of J Scott's catering companies Queen of Hearts and JScott Catering are terrible! If you see JScott Catering or Queen Of Hearts Catering RUN the other way! Pass on the headache and go with a different venue and definitely don't go with them for catering a friend of ours used to work there too and said J Scott Walsh is a huge asshole we wish we knew that this friend had worked there before we signed with them! They are liars and jerks and the owner is such a coward and won't even talk directly with the couples he's screwing over. Honestly was supposed to get married at one of their venues earlier this year and was forced to postpone to 2021 due to COVID and they had the audacity to charge us more money to postpone DURING A GLOBAL PANDEMIC and while our state was under a mandated stay at home order and not allowed to have events/gatherings and it was not a small chunk of change either!!! We were forced to pay it since we really didn't have a choice other than cancel all together and let them keep 100% of our money. I've been reaching out to other couples I could find ever since and it is sad the stuff I've been hearing and the interactions they've been having and how they've been treating their couples.  I feel really bad for the couples that they're forcing to have their weddings this year and pretty much causing these people without choice to have a wedding without their loved ones and that they didn't sign up for due to COVID. It's so sad. DO NOT BOOK YOUR WEDDING WITH THESE PEOPLE OR AT ANY OF THEIR VENUES! Posting this anonymously because they still have to do our wedding next year and they already have our money.
