Hi Tom, I'm so sorry you had that experience today. Frankly, it surprises me as our staff are some of the nicest people I know and treat all of our guests with care and courtesy. I know today we are preparing for a large order for tomorrow and sometimes when people are hustling and bustling around they can appear "irritable" when in fact they are just focused and efficient. I can't account for the mood of our guests, but we know many of our guests by their repeat business and we also have folks come by to spend time while their animals are undergoing treatment at the two local veterinary referral centers. All I know is that you never know what burdens other people are carrying on any particular day, so I ask not to judge our customers by what may be a very cursory interaction on your part. Seems like today may have been one of those days that you may have needed some extra TLC and we didn't give that to you. My apologies for that! Since you seemed okay with our food I hope to see you again sometime when we can give you a taste of our "servin' up sunshine" which we are known for in the community. As I write this I hear people laughing and talking in the restaurant and having a nice conversation with my staff. Sometimes a snapshot moment in time doesn't tell the whole story. If I had been at the counter I would have smiled and said "Have a great day" Since I didn't have that chance I will do so now!

Hi Rex. Glad you enjoyed the food. As they say you get what you pay for. We make our soup from scratch daily from our own recipes. We have one size soup which is between a cup and a bowl. You can go to Panera and get soup from a bag from a warehouse somewhere for more than what you pay for our soup. And their portions are smaller. I remember when bread was $.50 a loaf too...... but those days are gone and we feel our prices are actually a great value. Hope to see you again soon.

Hi Andrew, Wow! I have never had a customer complain that the crabcake was completely flavorless - as a matter of fact I NEVER order crabcakes when I dine out because they can never compare to our crabcakes. There was a customer who arrived right after you that spoke to us AT LENGTH about how delicious their crabcakes were. Our pasta salad is literally named "Lemon basil pasta salad" Our icing is American buttercream that is designed to set on the cake so it does not create a mess in our box lunches. It is not stale. Funny I have no record of you having visited us before so its hard understand how you can comment on how our quality has gone downhill! I'd love to be able to say we'd be sorry to lose your business, but I have no record of you ever visiting us before.
