      image This community is known in the area for being sub-par landlords. Ive known multiple residents here, including myself, and the stories are terrifying. Everything from not being to code, leaks, and poor business practices. Go somewhere else. Beware!

      image Michael and his team have established the best apartment complex on the mainline in my opinion. Their high responsiveness ensured that when issues arose, I was genuinely happy with the various options presented and solutions given. I couldn't recommend Michael and his team more!

      image I'm in my 4th year here and I love it. I've looked around in Malvern and there is nothing comparable with all of the amenities the flats have to offer. I just moved into a bigger unit in the same building. The new unit was thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned for my move-in.

      image Went to view an apartment today and met with Michael & the gentleman in the front. They were both super kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the building. The building is very nice and reminds me of my apartment in New York. They are also making a lot of renovations so thats nice. Theyre also really affordable
