I am proud to call Charleston Greene my home for almost four years now. The units are spacious and well laid out, the community is beautifully landscaped, and management and maintenence are responsive, friendly, and very hard working. The location in Malvern cannot be beat with shops and services in walking distance and the school district is tops in the area. The neighborhood is a great mix of young and "older" with kids, babies, pets, professionals, and retirees. Everyone takes pride in the community and is very friendly. I strongly recommend considering Charleston Greene if you are looking in the Malvern/Paoli area. You will not be disappointed!!
