Piazza Hyundai of Pottstown Service Center

Nice place, but after buying two cars there, getting service is horrible. Needed an oil change and tried to schedule an appointment. I was told they were booked out for a month or two. Needed service on a tire in January and was told they were booked through February. Not good.

Fantastic experience! The communication was on point, and I was never left in the dark, they even got the cost down on all the repairs I needed. BEFORE this I went to Conicelli Hyundai who had my car for two weeks and didn't even fix what I asked for & blamed everything on staffing. Plus, they don't call you or answer their phone. Anyway, thank you PIAZZA for a smooth service! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

Hands down, excellent service writers and techs! I had a strange one with Electronic Power Steering faults on a 205,000 mile Hyundai elantra. Without any hesitation the service writer asked me to keep the car and dig deeper into the situation. Honestly and integrity went a long way with me. No pushy sales tactics were used to sell a new car, and even better, the car was fixed for a promised price. I have already scheduled another appointment for oil and filters here. My car was completed as clean as it went in before the repair. Very careful mechanic also put a plastic mat down on my almond interior
