        They always manage to resolve emergent issues as they are developed. And great for scheduled repairs and inspections. Fair pricing, no gouging or unnecessary work.

        Would give a 0 star if I could. I booked an RV truck at this location through Cruise America a month in advance. 4 days before pickup, my reservation was moved to a new location which was 1 hour further for us. Cruise America told us the size we booked was not available but was willing to give us an upgrade and moved us back to this location. The next days we saw the same thing happened. We got moved to the other location again. We called Cruise America, got moved back. This happened again for the 3rd time. And the day before our trip, the owner of this place Pat Kelly called and told us he would not rent to us. He was really rude and said it was personal. Only then and there we realized that all of the frustration of being moved back and forth between locations was because Pat did not like my husband. Pat sold my husband a bad used car more than 10 years ago and a complaint was made. Stay away from this place if you can!! Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful!!!

      Thank you for leaving a review for your husband. He must not of told you the full story to why I asked him to leave and never return. It had nothing to do with a used car. And in your review you stated to stay away from this place? If we are so bad then why didn't you stay away? That said, I believe that it's more likely that this was a story that you made up in an attempt to make myself and my business look bad, merely because I asked your husband not to come back to my shop. He didn't appreciate being asked not to return and I understand that. I don't believe that I was rude or disrespectful. But I did ask him not to return for any service from my business, whether an RV rental or personal vehicle maintenance and repair. Years ago, when your husband first patronized my business, I gave him the fairest price that I was able to offer for a repair on his 1992 ford explorer. Not a used car I sold him. and he took issue with it. I may be losing a customer, but in this case, he's the last kind of customer that I want. I don't need people in my business (or any part of my life) that treat me and my employees as your husband does. This is especially true after I've had multiple stress-related heart attacks, which situations like this don't help. Best regards, Pat Kelly.
