Let me start by saying Mike is awesome. He went above and beyond for me and my family. He went through every step of the process and answered every single question we had. He was thorough and patient and took our daily calls to talk through all the different scenarios. He was incredibly nice and friendly instantly putting me at ease in an otherwise stressful situation. With his knowledge and advice I left feeling confident that all of our needs would be met. I would recommend Mike and All State to anyone and plan to use them for all our future needs.

I recently bought a house in Philadelphia and Hank made getting all the insurance I needed a breeze. The office staff have been polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I called in. I would most definitely recommend Henry Ricci Allstate office.

I have been a client of the Hank's since 1989 when I was 16 years old! Always friendly and very helpful. You can even pay cash at the office. Kim is excellent and extremely helpful and experienced. Hank is very sweet, it's been 3 generations of Hank's! Highly experienced. I don't even live near the office, I stay because I'm thrilled with this office.
