      image I at first only came in because the UPS directory literally directed me to this location without adding its inside Advanced Auto, so I'm sure people come in constantly with query. THEY are amazing here! Even though they could not ship the product I was trying to, this was absolutely not their fault and they were very nice and gave me the other locations and hours that could. I them remembered I needed new wiper blades. I was embarrassed to ask if they are universal or specifically for each model. I was meet with kindness and patience! They looked up my car specifically and asked what brand I might want, I asked a lot of questions and he helped me find the best for my car without insisting on the most expensive. After purchase he automatically took them out of the packaging and went out and installed them. I am so impressed by their level of professionalism and support!!

      image Came to this advance and waited almost 10 minutes for the guys to come back inside from out front. When they walked in they called to a guy in the back to see if they could wait on me. They apologized to the worker in the back for bothering him....how about the customers waiting around??
