Standing here for 10 min no service seriously. Then I ask the guy if what i picked after googling it was right and he told me no probably because i was a woman. After showing him miraculously it came up in his computer. So dusgusted!!
I appreciate the response however it's time 3 I've been disrespected and miss diagnosed. This store needs a strong retraining structure. I'll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!
No one was in the store q d my mother had the same experience with the same associate!!

Customer service is okay as long as you're in the store. However, if you call expect the phone to ring for quite some time, and you'll be placed on hold for quite some time as well. Typical auto parts store and that their prices are much higher than other places. Slashing is okay. However, it did not have the battery I needed in stock.... They offered to order it in but what good is that going to do me when I get a battery right away? You can tell some of their inventory has been sitting on the shelves for quite some time. Definitely a place for quick and dirty and specialty repairs.... But there are cheaper options for parts out there.
