My first & only visit. I only made an appointment in a pinch because of the website advertising all the of services they claim to provide. They do X-rays & come up with a 'treatment plan'. Everything is just 'temporary' until you can see your dentist. IMO. If you've been to a professional dentist office you will not understand the way this dental 'clinic' works.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a really long time and my teeth/gums weren't in the best shape. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They we're even able to schedule me that same day for deep cleaning. I was disappointed however when I got the bill and a charge for a $135 electric toothbrush was hidden among the fees. It was not something that was discussed and my bill was already pretty high. They did call and say I could return the toothbrush and receive credit back. Again they were very kind and I'd recommend them just check what you're being charged for.

My first and last visit with Aspen. The dentist didnt come in to see me until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I asked to schedule a regular cleaning, and they refused. The girl that was checking me out, was stating my personal business quite loudly, and when I asked her to keep it down, she stared at me blankly for a couple seconds, and then continued in the same volume violating HIPAA. When I first sat down with her, she handed me a couple papers that I was looking at, and she immediately started talking about the financial aspect of following appointments. I asked her to wait a second, because she was confusing me, since I was trying to look at these papers, then she flipped the screen around to me for me to figure out what I was looking at but I had no clue. If I could rate this 0 stars I certainly would. Worst dentist Ive ever been to. Very rude.
