        On February 3rd, 2024 I was told that according to the new policy, I couldnt deposit a check endorsed to me. In order to deposit this check whoever endorsed it has to be present and has to show his/ her ID. Or as Citizen's customers rep recommended - open an account with them. Is this really the new policy or just training opportunities and new business solicitation?? Needless to say that I have been their customer for years.
