We visited today in branch , great nicely to customers by staff . Rachel Dam associate Personal Banker provides us excellent service she explained each step of procedure deeply . She help us above and beyond so 5/5 rating. Branch is clean and spacious .staff is courteous & polite & cooperative. Quick service.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! This branch will release your personal account information to a third party without your consent!! This is a total violation of the banking privacy laws!! Poor customer service. May be due to the staff/management turnovers. Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years I have never experienced this level of incompetence!! I am filing a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and other government banking agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!! I will be moving ALL of my funds to another safer banking institution!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!  This Wells Fargo branch (Allentown Road, Lansdale, PA) will give out your personal account information without your consent!  This branch violated the Wells Fargo Privacy Act and released my personal information to a third party!  Being a Wells Fargo customer for 30+ years this is totally unacceptable and I have filed a formal complaint with Wells Fargo corporate and any other government agencies who need to investigate how this can happen!!This branch (Allentown Road, Lansdale, PA) obviously has issues due to the staff and management turnover.  Extremely poor customer service not to mention what they have done violates banking privacy laws!Needless to say I will be moving ALL  of my accounts out of Wells Fargo to a more safer banking institution!
