        I had Vincent Williams from Sila install my new water heater today. Such a nice young man. When he arrived he first asked me if I was going to need hot water for anything before he got started. I didnt but I thought that was thoughtful of him. He then got right to work. When he was finished the install he flushed the hot water lines of any air and rusty water and checked to make sure the water got hot. Then he showed me how the emergency flood alarm worked and answered any questions I had. Excellent job by an excellent young man.

        Mir was very professional. I couldnt not go down to my basement due to a disability. Mir took detailed pictures and video to show me what issues were going on.
