The appeal is obviously that it is close to the places people stay here for (sesame place, casino, hospital). Nice and courteous staff, comfy bed and clean. Hallways had a slightly moldy smell but did not seem to travel to individual room. Other than that, pretty outdated hotel that's overpriced for accomodations. Analog television, missing regular amenities (hand soap, tissues), not great tub faucet and pretty tired looking rooms (paper stuffed into door peephole, worn carpeting and torn wall paper, limited outlets for charging) with loud, old fashioned window unit temperature control. No key card access floors which limits access. For price, would have expected more updated facility. Probably wouldn't stay here again given other newer choices nearby.

I can not rate this place for it's main functionality simply because I was there briefly for few hrs for local COIN SHOW, which takes place on monthly basis on the 3rd (third) Sunday of every month... Nearby activities: Large shopping mall and Sesame place right there to visit...
