Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne

Ive been with Marriott for almost 20 years. Ive stayed in all of their hotel products. This property by far is one of the best. The staff is what makes it great! Everyone who works here is personable, helpful, and goes out of there way to make the stay comfortable. They upgraded me to a suite (which no Courtyards have ever done, even though Ive been Titanium and currently am Platinum). They let my mom check in separately from me. Theyre just amazing. This is my second time booking and they will always be my first choice when I need an extra room when family comes to visit!

As an avid traveler, I stayed at this location on 03/16-03/17 for a family member's funeral. I was told by Chris, Front Desk, that breakfast would be served from 7 A-10A. He was hesitant to list to me the accommodations with staying at this location. He only listed them because I asked what they were as I was preparing to swipe my card. My mother and I arrived downstairs at 8:51 to be told by Lyric, kitchen staff, that we would were not allowed breakfast if we weren't part the church group that was there. For the rate that was paid, it should have been a given that breakfast was served. I have never stayed at a Marriott hotel being that I mostly use Hilton and IHG rewards, but I was truly appalled by this service. On a positive note, Ronnie, Front Desk, was helpful the next day and I thoroughly enjoyed Tania's service and humor who worked at the Starbucks on the premises. Food & drinks: I didn't get breakfast because the "room didn't come with it." If I would've known this, I would've never pulled into the parking lot to purchase a room after driving 8+ hours for a funeral the next day
