My wife and I recently purchased a Jacuzzi Hot tub. Brad was very knowledgeable and helped us purchased the right hot tube for our family. The delivery team were professional and the set up was very efficient. They also provided us with instructions on how to take care of the tub. The hot tub will provide much enjoyment and entertainment for many years. I would highly recommend using Crystal Pools if you have interest in purchasing a hot tub.

The pool was installed 6 feet away from where it was supposed to be, they were even told the out line was in the wrong location, now I have to get a variance to build the deck. The guys putting the pool in were in flip flops and very unprofessional grumbling about doing the work. There were 3 leaks in the plumbing they put in,and one side rail cap wasn't installed properly. They did fix the cracked filter housing. The only response to this is we are sorry.
