Okay had a long talk with this company's new owner, and we are hopeful service improves. Will keep updating this review because we got off to a rocky start. Will be closing the pool soon so will update more after that. I can say Ryan is trying and overall we do love our pool;) Honestly, don't know that there is better out there, at least not around this area. Don't know where to begin. I should have heeded the bad reviews but when I met with the previous owner he convinced me he was our guy. Plus it isn't easy finding a good pool company in this area;( Anyway, we ended up dealing with Ryan, his son. It was mass confusion most of the way... with a lot of run-arounds and extremely poor communication. Beware: You will be yessed to death, but most won't come to fruition! The ironic thing was I really wanted this to be a nice, mutually-beneficial, long-term relationship;( In the end, they left our pool dirty and without our hose because it came defective and they never order us a new one! At this point, again with little to no response, we now believe there is still a leak in our pool! Time will tell. It is such a shame that it ended up being like this, it really didn't need to be. I mentioned this several times and Ryan's Mom said it would be handled but then we never heard from anyone. Really don't need added stress and frustration in life especially with such a hefty price tag involved. Luckily, we found a reliable place so we could open our pool and actually use it. They were paid to open our pool. They were also supposed to clean the winter cover and they didn't. Scheduling with them is also an issue. Seems more like they come when THEY want to. Glad they refunded some of the money since they never cleaned the cover.
