        I personally would like to ask owner and/or management when in gods earth will the roof be fixed so that indoor track will be clear of water buckets . Its been years . Based on what you charge the clients , you can afford a fix .

        I really like the yoga classes here, but I can't stand the bad smell in the classroom. There are no windows and sunshine. In yoga classes, you have to take off your shoes...the smell of feet and sweat...sometimes suffocating...summer is coming, and there will be more in the classroom. There is so much smell that we are hesitant to continue taking yoga classes here... It is recommended that gym managers clean the floor after every class and maintain ventilation... hygiene and exercise are equally important!

        Universal is the best athletic club I've experienced. It is well run, exceptionally well equipped, and always clean. It has great pool facilities. It is well staffed with friendly, helpful, and courteous personnel. I don't do classes, but I hear that they are excellent. You cannot go wrong with this club.

      Please know that we have been working on this issue for a long time.Unfortunately, the majority of the drips are coming from condensation. We have adjusted the economizers to try and draw in as much fresh air as possible, but then we run into an issue of the building being too cold. The drip in the corner next to the hydro lounge room is coming from somewhere under our solar panels which makes it incredibly difficult to find and more difficult to fix. We have hired a new roofing company (within the last 2 months) and hopefully a fresh perspective will help to eliminate some of the problem areas, however, those problem areas are not around the track. We have spent in excess of $50,000 in the past few years trying to locate, patch, redo, fix, and divert water leaks throughout the roof system.

      Thank you for bringing your concerns regarding the ventilation in our yoga studio to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort or inconvenience you experienced during a recent visit.Our Yoga Studio was recently updated and we installed a massive state-of-the-art air exhaust system in that space to accommodate our heated yoga programs. Our maintenance team is currently investigating the airflow and ventilation systems within the studio to identify any areas that may need attention or improvement.We take the cleanliness of the entire club seriously and feel our staff do an excellent job in maintaining the high standards we have set. Floors in the all the studios are cleaned and disinfected daily. If you have any further concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly.
