TJ SPA NAILS

I have always been very happy with the dip manicures/gel pedicures Ive had here. Jenny, Amanda, and Jess are professional, skilled and kind technicians. I also really appreciate that TJ spa honors scheduled appointments. Grateful I found this place!

Overall the experience here is always good. The girls do a good job, I always pick the classics like dipping or gel and I dont usually get designs done cause I dont like to spend more than 60 bucks on nails lol

I would not leave a bad review if the recent issue be resolved in a decent and customer-friendly manner. But it was not, so here I am. Came by appointment for a plain basic pedicure, nothing fancy or sophisticated. Shortly after, got a deep cut in a big toe cuticle causing excessive bleeding. After five minutes of pain and bleeding had to call it quits leaving the job undone. And still was charged the full price less 5 bucks for the nail polish which was not applied. Seriously? Was too upset to argue so paid the bill and left. Never ever returning back even the location was quite convenient. Long story short. If you do not want to get hurt for your own money, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are plenty of nail places in the area with better professional skills and better business etiquette.
