I had a very disappointing pedicure. She hurt several toes with her clippers and took no time at all on me, it was basically a polish change but I paid for a spa pedicure. So frustrating. She did a decent job on my polish. But I wont be going back.

I went to have my nails done by them about a week and a half ago. I actually drove to the opposite location of my appointment so it was sweet of them to take me. They apparently have 2 locations in Lancaster. After my appointment at this location, I came home to uneven, horrible nails. Walking in they gave my friend and I both nothing but dip colors to choose from. We asked if we were allowed gel and they refused. Prices were ridiculous. We spent $180 for two full sets!!!! No designs, no extra. Short, square, one colored nails. The lady who did my nails was nice during but over asked questions, and comments were kinda unprofessional. They were super fast and rude. After about a week my nails were grown out, and hurting me. Which is odd because I NEVER have had this problem and get my nails done quit often. I went today to another nail salon and found that there was fungus growing under my nails . Whatever they did actually BROKE my real nail and the protect they used ate my real nail away. I was completely MAD after seeing this. DO NOT GO!! this was the worst nail experience Ive ever had! Service: Acrylic nails

Highly recommend! Just yesterday, I got a manicure and pedicure for myself (bride), my mom, and 3 of my bridesmaids. Each of us got seated immediately, they were so kind and attentive, and made us laugh, and even took our group photo for us afterwards! Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure
