      image Very bad customer service provided by Nani from the finance store at Ticket To Ride in Lancaster PA. I would recommend hiring better trained professionals that show courtesy and respect. Would also recommend a course on proper phone etiquette*
      Its sad that my experience was tarnished by such a low quality employee. Would never recommend this business to another person.
