When my husbands wedding ring was deemed unrepairable, we were given the option to get a replacement ring under the warranty. Nami graciously guided us through the process by thoroughly answering all of our questions and helping us find a new ring that he loves. She had everything ready for us on the day of pick up, kept us informed on the status of our order, and remembered us, and the ring, in every interaction. We have several closer Kay's but none compare to the friendliness and expertise we find with the staff at the Park City Mall site. We live by the Philadelphia airport and the drive is more than worth it for the services received each and EVERY SINGLE VISIT. They also show excellent teamwork to make every customer or even browser feel special. Thank you for your consistent greatness!
