      image I have SO much money wrapped up in my bracelet/charms. So much. But this company doesn't stand by their products. I have lost several charms now due to the bracelet constantly opening and coming apart. I went to the store and they told me I was out of luck. You're much better off buying an off brand one. They are SO MUCH cheaper and definitely hold up better.
