Restaurant is poorly run, food is average but over priced. Order is wrong everytime. Staffing needs a look or management needs to chip in during busy times. Nearby activities: Dutch wonderland,chain restaurants, outlets connect to back drive. Walkability: Walkable to outlets.

I called 4x the day of my reservation to ask some questions. And the phone rang and rang and was never answered. Rude front desk. It felt empty like nobody was there. No staff in site at any point. Next time Im in the area for a convention Ill definitely find a better spot. Reading the other comments it seems like this is common.

Poor service. Understaffed. Needs a good cleaning. Does not have the restaurants it claims to have. Just a small selection of food in the tiny bar. Game room is a con; half the machines take your money. Plenty of other options. Plz stop using this place so it can die.

My recent stay at the Wyndham Resort and Convention Center during a dance competition weekend was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, as the competition was at the resort and convention center. We also found time to shop at Tanger outlets, located in half a mile from the resort. Nathan, general manager, made sure our dance families were taken care of throughout our stay. His Team provided a warm welcome at check-in and the attentive housekeeping and bar/wait staff made our experience very enjoyable. Overall, our stay at the Wyndham Lancaster Resort and Convention Center enhanced our dance competition experience in every way possible. The combination of comfortable accommodations, convenient location, excellent amenities, and exceptional service made it a standout choice for future events. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow dancers and their families seeking a memorable and stress-free stay during competition weekends.
