I would highly recommend coming here to get dental work done. 10/10 service. I had 2 extractions today and didnt feel a thing. I been coming here since I was 12.

I called this place twice on Thursday for a piece of paper that I needed to get done. I kindly ask them if they could email me the paper and they said no, and that I have to come in and sign the paperwork in person. I told them that I can not do that cause I have a very tight schedule for work and the lady on the phone was very rude and she hung up on me. Called back again asking again and she said the same thing and I same the same thing. Then she said that you can come in Friday, so I drove the whole way to that place and they were closed. Why are yall closed on a Friday? I understand if a Saturday or Sunday but a Friday like come on. Yall need better hours and better staff. Will not be returning

Older woman with dark curly hair (seemed like a new employee) at front desk was complaining about being busy with 2 people in the place. Then talked bad about Chinese guy that didn't speak good English loud enough for the whole business to heat. Just very un-professional. The dentists are great but the front desk associates could use some customer service training of some sort. That's the first thing u think when u walk in and the last thing u think about when u walk out is the front desk. That needs to be better to make a better business.

My experience was terrible, they treated me horribly for not knowing English, I asked for a translator and he told me that this is the United States and that Spanish is not spoken for me, that is racial. So if you don't speak English, I recommend you don't go to this place... I can no longer respond to your response in your comment. I respond here. I arrived 5 minutes late because I had the customer service of your clinic on the phone to send the address again because I couldn't find the place and I never spoke badly to your receptionist, the paper that I still had to fill them out, they sent them to my mother's phone number, she is older and doesn't know how to use technology, but if I really did that, you say you have a camera there, use it as proof. Because at no time did I mistreat the lady, even seeing that she was treating her badly, my mother said we shouldn't go and I said I would wait. When they called the person who told me to fill out the paper, I asked her if there wasn't a translator like Hiba to know what problem I had or the treatment otherwise they would understand nothing and I said I was going to go because it was difficult to help me if even Hiba didn't know what I had. And she said This was the United States and English is spoken. And I called the clinic phone number to report the incident but the person who answered said I had to see what the person at the clinic said and for this reason I posted the review, again I tell him to check his camera because I saw camera there to see if he mistreats his receptionist.
