        Desk staff did not recognize me- I stood at desk for several minutes then sat down. Staff finally recognized me when I approached them and asked for new patient paperwork and gave them my insurance card. Appt was obviously begun late.

        Aspen dental in Lancaster is extremely expensive regardless if you have insurance or not ridiculous Im returning to my old dentist which I should've stick with from the beginning New Holland Dental is very affordable with insurance plans $ 0.00 out of pocket. Though they are very friendly

        Dentist that pulled my teeth was very, very good. Trying to get my upper dentures to fit, 6 visits! And this was to replaced a denture that I already had and fit well. Now working on lower denture, second one they made. When they adjust the denture, your next visit isn't until a week later. Diet very limited, due to difficulty chewing. Different staff with each visit, hard to talk with someone to explain what is going on!
