Red Rose Family Dental

My visit was okay. I had a very sweet dental assistant. However, I didnt feel quite welcomed by the Doctor. She seemed to be very disengaged and wasnt very inviting. The receptionist was okay. However, I wish I was informed prior to my visit that my insurance may not be accepted by the new doctor. I was very intentional about checking ahead to be sure my insurance was accepted. Only to be told that they may not cover my service at the end of my visit. I hope things get better. I use to love going to this dentist but so much has changed since Dr Eagles left.

Wonderful woman worked on my teeth, super informative , gave me good information about caring for my teeth. Wonderful bedside manner. May I please always have her, yes ?

Examined right away, no waiting in the waiting room. Hygienist was kind and explained every step. She was thorough and accommodating. Very clean facility. Dentist was warm and professional.

The new staff and doctors who took over Red Rose Dental. So much more personable and more sensitive than the past doctors who had this office. I almost switched dentist, but I'm glad I didn't.
