Dr Skiattis is by far one of the best dentist I had the pleasure to have in my mouth. He ensured thorough understanding of the procedure before her begins and updates as he proceeds. He gave a numbing needle that I literally did not feel. Amazing. I cannot say enough about him, his dental hygienist and the practice. I highly recommend.

Megan the OG was amazing. She gave me the good drugs and currently Im high as Im writing this. She helped me land a job interview while I was high and made it sound professional. Dr. Skiadas was the awesome sauce. He listened to everything I said and said I was funny

Smilebuilderz has gone downhill over the last few years. With the acception of a few Dentists. Ive been going for a few years. The last few appointments were awful. I asked for a female team for an emergency appointment at Spring Valley. I got all male attendants. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait they were behind schedule on a Saturday. No problem. I was rushed in , had X-rays, dentist said yep cavity. Let's schedule the first part of your root canal. Scheduled it for 2 weeks later. Was given prescriptions. By the time I was leaving at 745 the lights were out and staff was ready to go. Sunday went to fill my prescriptions and found out I had someone's else's prescription. Name , address and phone number. The whole caboodle. Called left a message. By Monday got a call back they called to have them filled. Went for the first portion of my root canal. That was fine again running 20 mins behind. Left there and went to schedule the root canal. Told the gal she gave me someone elses prescription. It didn't even phase her. You gave me someone else's info. I emailed smilebuilderz and received no email back about this. Now I had my root canal scheduled. I had to reschedule due to snow and now I have to reschedule due to the endodontist not having enough time. I'm told May?!?!? I had my first part in December. Don't waste your time or money. They do not have convenient hours. Also I paid for all of this in full...... Update: 4/8/24 Had to go to another dentist. Can't wait till May. Currently waiting on my refund for my full payment of a root canal I never got . Went to another dentist. Has more X-rays done because they couldn't send mine. Smilebuilderz left decay in my root canals!? They never cleaned them. My pulpotomy is cracking and leaving me in pain because they never did it right. I now need to pay a little over 5500 to correct everything they messed up. My insurance won't cover most because they said that it was already done.... Please do not waste your time here.
