I hired Attorney Blair to handle a very complicated estate in Lancaster. I live out of town so I was unable to come to Lancaster to hire an attorney. Attorney Blair called me back right away and told me that he would be willing to help me with this difficult case. I made several other calls to attorneys before contacting Attorney Blair and I didn't get calls back and some attorneys were not willing to help me since my case was difficult. I worked with Attorney Blair for 2 years in order to get this estate settled which included a squatter situation and having to have the squatter removed in order to sell the house. Attorney Blair was very personable, knowledgeable and I most definitely could not have done this without him. I am so thankful for finding him on Google and having him help me with this case. This estate was truly so difficult and there were so many things that had happened, but Attorney Blair was there for me every step of the way. I could not thank him enough. My sister and I got Steven's name from a local Google search after my mother died and we were looking for an attorney to handle her estate. We met with Steven and a few other attorneys and finally decided on Steven when his quote came in $20,000 LESS than the downtown lancaster firm who had drafted my mother's Will some years ago. Steven seemed pleasant, polite and knowledgeable, so we decided to give him our business. To say that we were pleased with his services is an understatement. He took care of our mothers estate so quickly, the broker who had been handling my mothers assets actually said it was the fastest he's ever seen an estate closed. Steven met with me and my sister several times, went with us to the courthouse, was always easily reached via phone, text or email, and was always able to answer our questions.
