My Husband Steven and I would like to thank Mr. Rankin and his staff for all their help, courtesy, professionalism and kindness in handling my husband's Workers compensation case. They were always good at getting back to us in a timely manner when we had questions and concerns. They stayed on top of everything to move the case forward to conclusion and with a good settlement outcome. It was nice to have someone on our side that understood what we had been going through with the insurance company. This Firm is straightforward and will set your expectations from the beginning. No false promises and its delivered in a concise way that confusion is unlikely even for those less savvy on legal jargon. The Firm was responsive to questions, delivering satisfactory answers when prompted. The Firm also had a person-ability that made the relationship less formal and more comfortable. My reasoning for finding the Firm wasnt preferable, but I wouldnt have wanted any other behind me in my fight.
