        Gorgeous shop, such an amazing selection of beautiful clothing. The team there is so warm, friendly, and always very helpful in answering any questions. Great spot to get gifts, unique & timeless clothing pieces that are meant to last, and you know you're doing something great for the world too when shopping ethically. Sophie Stargazer is my fave! You don't want to miss it on your Lancaster visit.

      Hi, Ray. I’m so sorry to hear you felt this way on an interaction at my store. I’d love to know what day and time this occurred, so that I can address it immediately with any staff. Like many stores, It is standard practice policy to request an ID for credit and debit payments for the cardholders security, unless someone is a regular that we already know personally. I would assume that was the case here, but of course I will take this seariously and get further information in a conversation with the relevant staff member Thank you for alerting us, and I look forward to your reply.
