Excellent service from the beginning ordering everything with Kelley through the installation guys. I didn't get their names but they couldn't have been nicer, more professional, or more knowledgeable. Definitely no reason to go anywhere else for our appliances.

We bought a fridge from them when they were located in the outer ring of the mall. I had shipped the box stores and Sears (was closing by at the time) but I really wanted to go with an actual appliance store that serviced what they sold. Turns out, with in a year or so, our fridge just up and died, though we lost all the food, they did come and swap jt out for us under warranty, switched the door for us and now it a been several years. We are looking for a washer and dryer now and theyre top of the list

Working with LH Brubaker since 2017. We bought new kitchen and laundry room appliances from them and also had them devise a custom water treatment system for our house. The service and staff are friendly and professional. They go above and beyond during each service call to make sure everything is working as designed.

I purchased a new dryer and dishwasher. The dishwasher was a difficult install and took hours more than anticipated. But they brought in one of their expert installers and took the time to make sure the job was done right! Everyone is helpful and courteous, from the sales people to the installers. Would definitely recommend them!!
