image Customer service is alive & well at this store! Jordan offered to help me as soon as I walked in. When I described what I was looking for he took me to the area but since the specific model was not on the shelf he searched to see if it was in stock. Since it wasn't, he ordered it for me to be delivered to my home. After the transaction, as I browsed through the store, several other employees offered their help also. When I purchased another item to take with me I loved that I could use their gift wrap.  One less thing I need to do at home!

image Great Labor Day sale.  Many goofs items on clearance. Management was cooperative on granting 75% on item wrongly placed and discounted area. Cashier very helpful. Ladies at the buy buy baby registry extremely helpful.

image Overall I think this store is expensive, but I do patronize it from time to time.I once saw a picture of a frame on Pinterest and had to have it.  The link led nowhere.  Thru a Google image search I discovered the product originated from Bed, Bath, and Beyond (BBB).  At that point I had no idea how old the image was.  When I called the local store they were very helpful and were able to not only find the product, and it was on clearance, but also honor the coupon I had from a magazine for an additional 20% AND even put the item back till I could pick it up - score!  This was my first BBB experience and my first trip ever to the store.As a fan of Shark Tank I like that they carry a lot of the products featured on the show.  Although for a penny pitcher like myself I always check BBB's price (with consideration to the 20% coupon which are very easy to find in magazines, flyers, etc) against online retailers.  Sometimes BBB are not the lowest price but often they are when you combine the coupon savings - another score!If you're shopping for a nursery and don't care about budget do come here.  They have beautiful nursey furniture and accessories - the prettiest stuff I've seen anywhere.  A mom to be can really go crazy in their baby department in general as it's quite impressive. My most recent experience involved shopping for the pad that goes to the Simply Fit board (another Shark Tank find).  Online the cheapest was in the $12 range w/ free shipping.  I called the store and they were $9.99 before the 20% savings and since they weren't in stock they shipped for free and gave me the savings even without ever seeing the coupon.  I didn't need to do a thing other than call them.  That's good customer service!  This girl didn't want to venture out in single degree weather anyway!I will say however that that conversation was painful relaying my shipping information.  As in the employee answering the phone either had a hearing problem or low iq.  I had to spell and respell everything and constantly repeat myself.  I'm not talking a word or two, I mean everything - even a common word like "street".   She was very nice though so I was patient with her.  In the end she still got it wrong, and I'm still waiting on my package, although it's only been a few days.  I saw from the email confirmation that my name (a very common one no less) was completely butchered despite spelling it multiple times.  Although friendly, accuracy is not her thing and girlfriend needs to instead stick to the sales floor.Other than that, saving money is my forte, so I'm chalking up the experience as a score.

image So much for "customer is always right" policy. I had to return an item because it was broken, but also decided to pick up some items totaling an amount for a coupon I could use for $5 off. They rung me up crediting my total for the return and said I didn't qualify for the coupon. Why should I be penalized for returning a damaged item!? So I said to ring the return up separately but she ended up scanning an item twice and not one of the items and then never gave me the full refund for the item I returned nor the coupon credit. I called the supervisor when I got home and he said if I came back they would make it right. When I did go back they kept fighting me about the amount they owed me and even said I owed them more!! When they finally made it right they were not very apologetic and the clerk made a snarky comment how I never even paid for my one item. I was completely shocked at their defensive attitude and how much time I had to explain what happened. I am never stepping foot in that awful store again.

image Spent FIVE HOURS here setting up our wedding registry only to check it a few times since and notice that things are being discontinued and I had no idea! I thought maybe I would get an email heads up so I could buy this junk for myself. When I emailed inquiring about it the rep sent back an email that basically told me to keep stalking my registry. Now today I look and the shower curtain I wanted is discontinued, so that means the matching towels and accessories are pretty much useless. All of my napkins for the dining room linen set I picked out are also discontinued. I think it would be nice to 1. get an email about items being discontinued and 2. when an item is being discontinued add a button for like items so I can add that to my registry instead of deleting my entire bathroom and dining set and starting over. I thought five hours in store was rough....now I am spending a few times a week DELETING items I spent all that time to pick out. Since the wait time on the customer service line is 57 minutes...and I would just be spinning my wheels anyway with my suggestions, I thought I might warn future brides. On top of everything else you have to worry about, you also have to spend an inordinate amount of time tracking all the STUFF you will accumulate.
