This is not a place for the public. You have to be there on business and have a contact there set you up to enter the facility.

Staff neither knowledgeable nor helpful. Poor customer service matches product quality. Shop elsewhere.

Brought in 7 rolls. Spent 5.5 hours waiting to get in the dock and then 1.5 hrs in the dock. Stay away if you can. Westrock never fails to disappoint
