        A scam! The online ordering is done thru Hong Kong. You will never receive your items and your bank will tell you there is nothing they can do since it is an overseas transaction.

        Needed to make an exchange for chinos ordered online that were too large. Sales representative Ken did an excellent job managing his time between myself and three other customers. He helped me get the correct size chinos and made great color recommendations.

        Ordering, price, etc. was all good. The reason for the low rating is due to the product. I ordered 3 "non-iron" shirts and washed them along side of my Eagle brand shirts. 10 minutes in the dryer and the Eagle shirts were fine, but the Charles Tyrwhitt shirts looked like they were crumpled up and left in the hamper for months. I would simply continue to buy the Eagle, but they are either discontinued or just very sparce. Regardless, if you're looking for a true non-iron, Tyrwhitt aint it.
