        I took in a pair of my absolutely favorite Madewell jeans KOP to see if they could repair the rips on the part were my thighs rub together and they were able to do it and I had my jeans back to me in less than a week The staff was friendly and helpful.

        Bought jeans online that were shipped with no tag, I came to return them since they did not fit. The cashier told me since there was no tag I clearly wore them and I cant return it. I tried to explain they were shipped this way and she told me it was "impossible" and that i "cant wear clothes then expect to return them." Extremely disappointed in this store's disorganization and the rudeness from the staff.
