Auntie Anne's

I live less than 10 minutes from this Auntie Anne's and have been a regular customer. Customer service is always horrible. I'm not one to go out of my way to leave a review, whether positive or negative but this Auntie Anne's was a very poor experience. There was maybe one worker I've encountered that was very polite and greeted me. I wasn't greeted when I walked up, and was given a horrible attitude. There was a blonde employee and she seemed to be in her mid 50's. She had a terrible attitude, along with another younger worker who had wet gloves and got my pretzel soggy. I then later found a piece of hair embedded in my pretzel, and was disgusted. I know it can accidentally occur, but between that, the service, and lack of stock made me turned off from this place. They are also never in stock with pretzels. The workers are normally just waltzing around doing nothing, so I'm surprised that a place that only makes pretzels, has.no.pretzels.

Horrible service 3 employees standing around not waiting on anyone and then charge extra for a small pretzel bites sheessh

Terrible they are always closing early or never open or if they are open they are short of pretzels
