        I loved Elite and worked for them for almost 10 years. They hired Dana Flippen, to be Clinical Director of Pediatrics. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever had to work with or for. She has no clue how to support her staff or the clients they serve. I know of so many people who have left the agency because of her. I miss the previous director , Joanne Winters. The Pediatric Department now sucks!!! I cannot and will not recommend service from this agency as long as she works for them.
