We want to assure you that our caregivers are highly experienced and undergo thorough vetting processes in accordance with the guidelines set by the Department of Health (DOH). It is important to clarify that we do not employ teenagers.Regarding the specific incident you mentioned, we do not permit our employees to bring their children to clients' homes. However, in this particular instance, we were informed that the caregiver was unable to find a sitter and sought permission from the client to bring her child along for that one occasion. The client expressed no objections to this temporary arrangement. Please note that it was never the caregiver's intention to regularly bring her child, and this was a last-minute schedule change to ensure continuity of care.Our office staff is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and we have taken significant measures to address calls outside of these hours and during weekends with our dedicated on-call coordinators.
