I will have to piggy-back off a lot of reviewers here. They will find a reason to keep all of/part of your security deposit so be sure to factor that in when touring the property. We ignored the dead mice under our heaters, anchors in the wall in our bathroom, and many other issues when switching units that I regret not documenting. Justification for the one-star being the nice walk around the property and being dog-friendly. Document everything.

I lived here for a bit the first few years were great! Then my wonderful neighbor above me moved out they moved partying people in above me who refused to put down rugs as stipulated in your lease. When I asked if this was done they just kept telling me yesthen it came to light that they did not and the young men upstairs couldnt afford area rugs they even asked if I had any I wanted to donatethen they broke a pipe at 11pm at night on 05/31/2018 the night they were moving out my apartment was raining inside No one bothered to see what the condition wasI actually got my own dehumidifier and mitigated the loss myselfI had mold on the closet walls and the walls all cracked throughout the apartmentI had to remediate the mold myselfthe handy man, not a mold mitigation person, came out and sprayed killz on the wall after the fact. My rent went up every year and nothing was updated or fixed. The handy man used old spackle and it just cracked againhe also left a mess in my entire apartment, he actually swept pieces of the wall he scraped off under my rug in the bedroom instead of cleaning it up.I was finding old wall pieces for monthsthe atmosphere is nice thats about itrenter beware

Absolutely loved living at the Jericho Manor apartments! Landlord was quick and easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure any issues we had were swiftly resolved. From the very first day we moved in the maintenance staff has been friendly and accommodating. They offered to help us move in by carting our heaviest boxes and items on their four wheeler along the windy path to our apartment. Not only are the grounds beautiful - peaceful creek, lush trees, numerous walking paths, but the people who live in this apartment complex are wonderful. We made a bunch of friends who we meet up with for dinner/drinks and just to let our dogs get together and play. This is also a very convenient place to live with Trader Joes and Whole Foods just a couple blocks away as well as Mom's Organic Market a fun 15 minute walk cutting across the Abington High School soccer field. Our only complaint when we moved in was that the windows were pretty old ---only to find out about a month later that all the windows were being replaced with brand new, easy to open windows! A few months after that they replaced all the coin-op laundry machines with very easy to use, powerful cash card-op laundry machines. Our apartment also has updated appliances including a gas stove and finishes which I loved. Needless to say, they are constantly updating and improving!

So excited to live here! Such a gorgeous woodsy area. apartments are so cute and the facilities are kept very clean!

Renters be ware! The grounds might look nice but the apartments are dingy, dated and management is terrible. They will keep your security deposit for any reason they see fit regardless of the length of your stay, parking is virtually nonexistent and hot water is always an issue in the winter. Beware of potential hidden charges, read every word of the lease and if you sign it then it's on you. The warnings in the reviews are very clear. There are better places to live that are much nicer. Oh I almost forgot almost every building has mice.
