        The worst place ever.. Irene will over charge you and harass you. Your kids cannot play with chalk or outside without her complaining.. during the winter the air come through the windows. Sometimes the air and heat dont work and your utility charges be so high.

        Terrible place, property manager is beyond rude and disrespectful, and so is her boss. They never want to give you the number to upper management they just say theyll handle it I lived there for over 2 years and the trash was constantly pulling up which caused rodents. Mice ALWAYS I caught 6 in one day! They apartments arent even that big for this kind of stuff you have to deal with and the floors are paper thin with hardwood so you literally hear EVERYTHING! Do not move here there are better places around.

        Do not move here. The place is crawling with bugs trash and lack of parking. And the leasing office with Irene Chuchuk is so rude and disrespectful. I would recommend living in a box down by the river

        Ive only lived in this complex for 6 months and Ive experienced two floods because of buildings lack of maintenance, mice, and countless other maintenance issues. The leasing office rarely takes call, theres a major trash problem , and honestly this is not the quality of living you want to have with this pricepoint!
