We recently closed on our new home in Blackthorne Estates. We were more than pleased with our Ryan Homes experience from beginning to end! Our first interaction with Ryan Homes was with Lora at the sales office, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient with all of my questions and we never felt pressured into making any decisions. She was a helpful point of contact throughout the entire process, even after the paperwork was signed. We feel comfortable that even if we have any questions now that the process is done, she will still know how to help us and be glad to do so. She clearly loves what she does. During the construction process, our project manager Ron was communicative and helpful. He was able to answer all of my questions with expertise and ensure that we fully understood the process of building a home. Even after we closed, he has been more than helpful in addressing a few minor items that needed repaired at our closing. We also financed with the in-house mortgage lender, NVR Mortgage. We were impressed with how seamless the process was. Ryan Homes offered a great incentive to finance with the NVR team, and we were pleasantly surprised that the rest of the process was just as great as the incentive. Every step of the way, each person on the NVR team that we spoke to fully understand our financing needs and even took the time to get to know us as as people. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions and made sure we understood the process. Our new home orientation was thorough so we feel like we will be successful homeowners, and our closing meeting was quick and easy. My very 1st response / review of my experience with Ryan Homes @ Blackthorne estates can be summarized in a few words Customer Service Excellence. Every aspect of the home building experience was carefully and sincerely guided by Lora Blair. She embodies this phrase from consistent communication to regular updates and follow ups even after being in the home for 4 months I can use this same phrase to describe Jason Kacinko whom Lora introduced us to as the Project Manager over the building of our home. The attention to detail knowledge and communication with detailed weekly updates, alleviated many concerns about this home building endeavor. They truly collaborated in educating us on the process and working through delays due to the utilities Thats a whole other conversation I can recall times when my wife would ask for examples of various design packages, patio designs and even a visual difference between a walk out and regular basement Lora would go the extra step to provide video updates. We could clearly see that we were not the only ones purchasing a home from Lora but she caused us to feel as if we were the only ones purchasing from her. I hope and pray that Ryan Homes understands the caliber of employee Lora Blair is in her representation of professionalism, sincerity, care, concern and extensive knowledge of the Ryan Homes product. Lora has truly made our 1st home building experience the absolute best that one could have imagined. Love the new townhouse we are living at the Blackthorne Estates! Two important people we have to mention are Jason Kacinko and Lora Blair. They accommodated our communication needs by providing a sign language interpreter at every meeting we attended. They were very patient with us and gave us what we needed such as getting more information before moving in. During the building process, Jason sent us weekly emails keeping us updated on how the house was going. Pre-move in, he walked us through and gave us informative details as we need to do and need to know. We could not ask for a better group of people like Jason and Lora! Listen.... this is our fifth house to own and it is not even close with Ryan Homes, Jason and Lora. Highly recommend them, the builder and Blackthorne Estates.
