Two years ago Nissi installed our new roof. They did an excellent job...one day only. Fast forward to this May as we had our house on the market. The sale was almost lost because on the chimney flashing, which was installed correctly according to code, but buyer's inspector said it was wrong. At our request, the President of Nissi called the potential buyer and assured them that it was installed correctly. The buyer was satisfied and we were able to close the next morning. Thanks Marshall.
