Courtyard by Marriott Hershey Chocolate Avenue

We booked a suite at the Marriott Hershey and arrived early due to seeing a show in the evening. Although it was early to check in, the front desk staff called to get the room cleaned and gave us an estimate on the time we should return back to the hotel. We went to get lunch at the Hershey Pantry which is within close walking distance from the hotel. The hotel is also close to Hershey Park and downtown Hershey. The room was very clean and organized. It allowed for a pleasant experience which gave for a homely vibe. We stayed there on 3/23/24-3/24/24. We found the room quite clean with plenty of room. Chris P the night shift rep was quite nice and informative. The check in process went seamlessly. This will be our go to it motel for all future visits to Hershey. The housekeeping manager was quite dedicated in the performance of her duties.

The Courtyard in Hershey is a great place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Awesome hotel! Clean and grade A staff. My only complaint is that the people here before us drank most of the beer at the hotel bar but i can't be mad about that and that isn't their fault. Beer distributors only deliver 1-2x per week.. Alanis at the front desk is a total rockstar and helped me with multiple things during my stay. I appreciate that and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen solely because of her service. 5 stars, A+, however you want to say it, this is a a good property to stay at.
