Simmons Motel

We were in a huge pinch, no room to stay in & no hotels could get us in. Was traveling last minute. The owner helped us out soooooooo much! We went to a Dead concert first, then the hotel. He was wonderful! We could see part of Hershey park from the balcony. Was a wonderful trip thanks to this place!!!! Otherwise we would have been sleeping in our car. Thanks again!!!

Becky was great.Will be back .very sweet and took care of all our needs Rooms: Wall to thin. Nearby activities: Right by Hershey park Safety: Had bad leg gave me a room on first floor no problem Walkability: Did not get to walk but by everything Food & drinks: Maybe more food was none but ok

Placed a reservation Directly with Sterl for a two bedroom Apartment from Jan 23rd, 2024 until May 1st 2024 for a two bedroom apartment. He agreed to have us pay 1400 per month in rent, as well as a 500 dollar deposit to move in. We were in agreement on paying this in two separate payments (going from monthly rent to biweekly rent). We paid our first two week payment of 700 (rent) and 250 (deposit) with the front desk. After fees and taxes it came out to 1027.00 Dollars, which they only charged our card for 777 dollars, and DID NOT send us a confirmation email or a receipt. Sterl knew that we had a LICENSED service animal, and after charging our card he refused to honor our agreement and tried to have us pay 3000 per month strictly because of the service animal, and that he wont be refunding our money. Please PLEASE do not rent or do any business with this establishment, they are discriminatory and they violate the Americans with Disabilities Act. Sterl is very unprofessional, and will take your money.

It's a great little place and a great price. easy to check in and check out and plenty to do for the day withing 5 miles .... I would choose to stay again in the future.
